I like the fact that the AB Wheel Roller works my upper and lower back, shoulders, chest, and of course the Abs. The whole core! This is much better than doing boring isolation exercises, such as crunches, because of the greater efficiency created. That means more body part exercised in less time.
I can see how easily the AB Wheel Roller could be taken on travel trips so I won’t miss my workout. It requires no tools to quickly assemble or dis-assemble. It’s lite-weight and will fit flat into my luggage so I have no excuses.
